How far in advance do you book cakes?
Generally, we book 2-3 weeks in advance for special occasion cakes, and 6-10 months out for wedding cakes.

Do any of your baked goods contain preservatives?
No, we do not use any preservatives in our baked goods.

Do you use hydrogenated oils in your baked goods?
We do not use shortenings or hydrogenated oils in almost all of our baked goods. Our bakery style icing on our devil’s food loaf cake & bakery style icing do contain hydrogenated oil.

Do you bake from scratch?
Yes, all baked goods are made from scratch.

Are your baked goods nut or peanut free?
Due to the high risk of contamination, our bakery is not nut or peanut free and we prefer not to take on nut-free special orders.

Do you make gluten free baked goods?
Due to the high risk of contamination, our bakery is not gluten-free and we prefer not to take on gluten-free special orders.

Do you bake from a facility inspected by the board of health?
Yes, our kitchen is a certified commercial kitchen, we are certified by the Rochester Board of Health as a foodservice establishment.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are by appointment, we are not handicapped accessible and therefore all orders must be made by special order.
