Only the highest quality ingredients in our scratch-made cakes: butter, sugar, flour, eggs, imported chocolates, and pure vanilla. Due to our unique Italian buttercream icing, it is difficult to make square cakes look beautiful, and in keeping with our dedication to quality we are now focusing on round cakes. We are more than happy to create custom designs for your special day. All cakes measure 4" in height and feature double layer cake with one layer of buttercream filling or three layers of specialty fillings.
Fondant cakes also include buttercream frosting and filling, our imported rolled fondant icing has a sweet subtle flavor and is available in three flavors: white chocolate, neutral, and dark chocolate. This type of icing is the hottest trend in cakes, and offers a smooth appearance free from imperfections that can exist in buttercream cakes. We recommend fondant for cakes that must be able to endure humid conditions.
