Breads:
We scale and measure each artisan bread and sandwich loaf bread from scratch in our bakery. Each loaf of bread is shaped and slashed by hand, and baked fresh daily. We use unbleached flour, whole grains, and absolutely no preservatives in each batch of bread and rolls. From crusty loaf breads to soft sandwich loaves our bakery creates artisan breads from focaccia to Rustic Tuscan Bread with semolina.
It´s amazing what can develop from five simple ingredients: flour, water, yeast, salt, & passion. Our selections change daily, and the breads listed below are a taste of what we have to offer.
Loaf Breads: (sliced)
Harvest Grains Loaf: Six Crunchy Grains packed into a soft crumb and soft crust, rolled in Oats.
Herbes de Provence: A soft sandwich loaf created from a hand-mixed blend of: savory, rosemary, cracked fennel, thyme, basil, tarragon, lavender, and marjoram.
White Sandwich Loaf: A simple soft white bread with a buttery scent. Perfect for toast or sandwiches.
Cracked Wheat Loaf: A butter-topped loaf with moist and crumb speckled with cracked wheat.
Artisan Breads:
Cinnamon Bobka: Sweet bread dough wrapped around a spicy filling of Chinese Cassia Cinnamon, glazed with honey icing when straight from the oven.
Hammersmith Loaf: Our own true sourdough, contains only flour, water, and salt, absolutely no commercial yeast.
Rustic Dipping Bread: With an open crumb, this ciabatta bread is a simple loaf made over a three day process for a light sourdough flavor.
French Pan Loaf: A simple recipe that yields a flavorful white loaf with a caramel crust.
Rustic Tuscan: One of our most popular breads with a yellow hue crumb with a slightly nutty flavor.
White Whole Wheat: A whole grain loaf, perfect for kids who don´t like dark whole wheat breads. White Whole Wheat flour offers all of the dietary benefits of whole wheat flour, but has a lighter texture and flavor.
Raisin Pecan: An earthy, wheat flavor and deep dark crust complimented by a medley of three varieties of raisins and freshly toasted pecans.
Rolls:
Herb de Provence: A soft roll created from a hand-mixed blend of: savory, rosemary, cracked fennel, thyme, basil, tarragon, lavender, and marjoram.
Soft Garlic Knots: Drenched in garlic, olive oil, and toasted onion.
Raisin Pecan Rolls: An earthy, wheat flavor and deep dark crust complimented by a medley of three varieties of raisins and freshly toasted pecans.
